The group's investment programme is focused on manufacturing capability that it owns — glass production, aluminium extrusion, and the engineering and research capacity behind proprietary systems.
Smart Doors Factory
Advanced Manufacturing
Production of insulated glass units and architectural glass for doors, windows and facade systems. The initial scope centres on an IGU line — gas filling, butyl application, desiccant and sealant extrusion — supporting group demand and external customers, with tempering capacity considered for a later phase.

Aluminium Extrusion Plant
Industrial Technologies
The group's largest long-term industrial project: an extrusion facility in Qatar producing architectural and industrial profiles. Planned scope includes an extrusion press with future expansion into finishing, a die workshop, tooling, laboratory and quality control.

Proprietary Systems
Building Systems
Development of aluminium and glass systems designed and owned by the group, moving from fabricating other companies' systems to specifying its own — with the testing and certification that supports consultant approval.

Regional Expansion
