Al Zhbya Holding is developing its governance framework in step with the growth of the group — from a founder-led business toward a structure suitable for institutional partners.
Corporate structure
Al Zhbya Holding (CR 232549, Doha) is the parent company of the group's Qatari operating companies: Al Zhbya International, Khbraat Design & Build, Golden Factory for Metal Industries, and Al Zhbya for Aluminum Extrusion. Smart Doors Factory operates within the group.
Each operating company holds its own commercial registration, licensing and management responsibility. The holding provides centralised finance, procurement, engineering, technology and shared services.
Board of Managers
The holding is directed by a Board of Managers established under its Articles of Association, chaired by the shareholder, with authority for strategic and investment decisions.
Executive Management
Day-to-day management sits with the executive leadership of each operating company, reporting into the holding on performance, budget and risk.
Financial Control
A single enterprise system across all companies supports consistent accounting treatment, intercompany reconciliation, project costing and audit trail.
Quality & Compliance
Al Zhbya International and Golden Factory are certified to ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001, with independent surveillance audits.
Risk Management
A group risk framework covering operational, financial, regulatory and licensing risk is under development, together with an internal audit function.
Policies
An authority matrix, approval limits, related-party policy and procurement and investment policies are being formalised across the group.
Our governance roadmap
We publish our direction rather than overstate our current position. The group is working toward a formal board with independent representation, an audit committee, an internal audit function, a documented risk framework, and audited consolidated financial statements. Progress against these will be reported here as each is established.
